NOCTURNAL CONFECTIONS // Sometimes creativity or the urge to bake comes at night when there are no distractions and it’s quiet. After years of friends and family asking “When did you bake this?” the name “The Midnight Baker” was coined and the push to develop a Cottage Food Operation was developed. Since this is a home-based business custom branded items were out of reach, but the use of bold graphics and a limited color pallet allowed the brand to have a custom feel on prefabricated paper goods.
